Course Availability

• Course schedules are subject to change based on enrollment numbers
• Minimum enrollment requirements apply to all courses
• NovaITSKY reserves the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment

3. Payment Terms

Course Fees

• All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement
• Payment plans are available for selected courses upon approval
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available up to 7 days before course start date
• Partial Refund: 50% refund available up to 3 days before course start
• No Refund: After course commencement, no refunds are available
• Course Cancellation: Full refund if NovaITSKY cancels a course
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days

4. Student Responsibilities

Attendance and Participation

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions
• Minimum 80% attendance required for course completion certificate
• Students must notify instructors of any absences in advance
• Active participation in discussions and exercises is expected

Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students
• No disruptive behavior during classes
• Academic honesty and integrity in all coursework
• Compliance with lab safety and equipment usage policies
• No unauthorized recording or distribution of course content

5. Intellectual Property

Course Materials

• All course materials are proprietary to NovaITSKY or licensed for use
• Materials are provided for personal educational use only
• Redistribution, copying, or sharing of materials is prohibited
• Students may retain materials for personal reference after course completion

Student Work

• Students retain ownership of their original work and projects
• NovaITSKY may use student work for promotional purposes with consent
• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty may result in course dismissal

6. Certification and Completion

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements
• Students must achieve minimum passing grades in all assessments
• Attendance requirements must be met for certification
• Certificate replacement fees may apply for lost or damaged certificates
• NovaITSKY certificates do not guarantee employment or professional certification

7. Technology and Equipment

Student Equipment

• Students are responsible for bringing required personal equipment
• NovaITSKY provides lab computers and specialized software during classes
• Internet connectivity requirements apply to online courses
• Technical support is limited to course-related software and platforms

Facility Usage

• Students may use NovaITSKY facilities only during scheduled class times
• Any damage to equipment or facilities will be charged to the student
• Food and beverages are allowed in designated areas only

10. Course Changes and Cancellations

NovaITSKY Rights

• Modify course content, schedule, or instructors as necessary
• Cancel courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
• Dismiss students for violation of terms or disruptive behavior
• Update course materials and curriculum to reflect industry changes

Student Rights

• Receive adequate notice of significant course changes
• Full refund if course is cancelled by NovaITSKY
• Transfer to alternative course if original is cancelled

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Azerbaijan or through arbitration as agreed by both parties.

12. Changes to Terms

NovaITSKY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
